Focused on Enterprise-Ready AI Solutions with IBM watsonx
I recently participated in the IBM Dev Day – AI Demystified Hackathon, a national‑level hackathon focused on building real‑world, enterprise‑ready solutions using IBM watsonx and agentic AI concepts.
Along with my teammate Nakshatra R, I built NeuroEase, an agentic AI solution designed to make workplace communication more inclusive for neurodivergent individuals, including people with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia.

NeuroEase Project Demo & Presentation
Modern workplace tools like Slack, Teams, and email often overwhelm users with long messages, unclear tone, and dense text. Our solution addresses this challenge by using multiple AI agents orchestrated with IBM watsonx Orchestrate to adapt the same message based on cognitive needs—without changing its original meaning.
Converts messages into actionable checklists and prioritized tasks
Adds explicit tone and intent clarity to reduce ambiguity
Simplifies language, improves formatting, and enhances readability
Instead of building a single chatbot, we implemented a multi‑agent architecture, where each agent has a specific role coordinated through watsonx Orchestrate. This approach highlights the power of agentic AI in creating responsible, human‑centered enterprise solutions.

This hackathon was a valuable learning experience that strengthened our understanding of agentic AI, orchestration, accessibility‑focused design, and real‑world problem solving using IBM's AI ecosystem.
The NeuroEase project demonstrates how AI can be leveraged to create more inclusive digital workplaces, and we're excited to explore further enhancements such as real‑time adaptation, integration with more workplace tools, and expanded support for other cognitive profiles.
